Gimme Shugah™

Everyone knows (at least in the South) that Gimmee Shugah doesn't mean look for the sugar bowl to pass....

















"Gimmee Shugah" means, of course, give me a kiss. One of the most popular fragrances at The Scented Cottage is Gimme Shugah™... it is a sweet scent...like a sugar cookie baking in the oven..ummmyumm...but I digress. I once read a book called "Tell Me That You Love Me Junie Moon", it was made into a movie starring Liza Minelli if my memory serves me (and believe me some days it is no where to be found). AH...you think I digress again...but no...whenever I want a kiss from my SweetiePie I say "Junie Moon me". I remember my Daddy-o calling my little mother "Smoochie" and when we wanted a kiss we would say "smooch me".
