Cloche Time ! Come on get
clocher (:)) just click on the photos to enlarge). I'm sharing two garden cloche, one has a birds nest I created with two tiny eggs inside, each with a teeny tiny heart crystal and a china bird on top of the cloche. Another has a concrete cherub surrounded by pink hydrangea with hydrangea flowers on top. These sit on a sofa table in my entry. The garden cloches are actually candle holders turned upside down, set on a clay saucer that is then set on a clay pot turned upside down. Then my favorite by far is one I have on my kitchen counter. When I went to Savannah for the Petticoats and Parasols Art Event several of us exchanged paper dolls and inside this cloche is one made by the talented, clever (and very sweet) Shelley from Honey Lamb and I. She used cupcake liners for the skirt and made a tray of cupcakes...so I surrounded her with some faux cupcakes. I LOVE this paper doll and wanted to display her in my kitchen, but I needed a very tall cloche. I used a glass display cover like you would use to cover an anniversary clock. You can find them at Hobby Lobby.
Please stop by Marty's A Stroll Thru Life to find links to the other cloche party givers.

What great ideas for cloches. They all turned out lovely. My favorite, though, has to be the one with the little birdie on top. I just love little birdies :-) Thanks so much for sharing your ideas. Have a wonderful weekend.

The paper doll is so clever and perfect under a cloche. I have that little Jardin box and have never done anything with it. It looks so cute, I am inspired.
I'm so glad you stopped by my place, and I've very much enjoyed my visit with you...
