Advent Matchboxes...Day Three

Day three brings this happy, cheerful matchbox from Lizzi http://www.lizzidroege.typepad.com.   Inside was a sweet bottle cap.   Thank you for this sweet matchbox Lizzi !

Lizzi just posted that she received my Day Three matchbox...please visit her blog to see it...this swap just keeps getting to be more and more fun...


 This was the matchbox I created for Day Two.  Inside were a pair of snowflake earrings on a bottlebrush wreath.

My next post will be on Monday when I'll showcase Days 4, 5, and 6.

Thank you for reminding me of "Pretty paper." There are so many wonderful songs that bring back nice memories.

At the end of your '12 days of Xmas' swap you will have a whole array of new handmade ornaments. This was a great idea.

You even decorated the inside of the box. I should not be surprised - you seem to always think of that little extra touch.

Hi Francie - Thanks for stopping by my blog. My Gateway is a nice shade of red. I actually looked at the purple Dells out there, but settled on the basic black of the Envy for the power packed into the laptop. I figure I can always alter the exterior :)
