Pink Teacups and ....

noooooo, not another dowel and plaque project :))

Just some pretty pink teacups ... I love this plain pink pottery tea cup but I had to add a bit of stuff to it...so a faux chocolate heart and a cookie heart teaspoon and one honeysuckle made it look a bit happier!

I love this vintage tea cup and saucer with the roses. The saucer has a raised design in it too. Along with the rosebud on the inside it makes it extra special. I will be linking to Beverly's Pink Saturday at her blog How Sweet the Sound,  and hope ya'll will join us in visiting lots of pink pretties!
Some time ago I told ya'll about my Prairiedog GRANDpups.  Sadly one has gone to Prairiedog Heaven ... my sweet DaughterInLove drew this of one of them and has started a blog where she is showing some of her drawings. She is self taught and these are some of her very first creations!  She is not only beautiful and smart but talented too.  You can look at her and see how beautiful she is, and you KNOW she is smart because she married my son...but WHO KNEW how darn talented she is ... I hope you will go visit her blog and see her other drawings.  Sandy's Art Room
I know she would appreciate any sweet comments too.
Thank you all for visiting me and leaving your sweet comments... I truly do appreciate it and hope ya'll will come back soon. (())

Since I'm such a pink fan, I love both of your teacup treasures. I love that second one with the pink roses the most. It's beautiful!

Just my cup of tea (I just HAD to say that. This post was begging for it...)

OK, need some green tea after looking at your beauties! Your daughter in love is sure talented; wow!The Prairie Dog looks so sweet. They are not beloved creatures out here in Colorado; they are everywhere and are really destructive. I think they are so cute, tho and the way they stand up is adorable!
Sweet teacups! Something about the simple pink one speaks to me. It's pretty but not so fancy that you'd be afraid to use it. Happy Pink Saturday!
Pretty teacups, Francie! If you visit my blog often, you'll know that I LOVE tea things! Thanks for stopping by and your sweet comment about my grandbaby! Happy Pinks!

Ahhhh, what a fun Pink Saturday visit. So many lovely pinks! I think it's just the shadow, but I love the way your flowered tea cup and plate appear to have a bit of a St Patricks Day green tint! Very cool! And what a talented daughter in love! I'm blessed with beloveds who can draw great as well but definitely not me! That's why I so appreciate Trina and her cute country clipart. It's such a blessing to me. :)
