Cottage Love...or another one of the many reasons....

Getting in new things that I LOVE ! When I saw these bird melters I HAD to have one for myself and of course for the Cottage Shop.
They came in a couple of days ago but the feel bads hit our home again so I am just now getting around to testing them.
Oh yes, everything gets tested before it gets a new home. Once I bought some electric melters at an excellent price, hoping to offer my customers a bargain, well it turned out that they got so hot ...really hot!..you couldn't touch them. Needless to say they were no bargain for anyone and I wouldn't sell them.

There are two pieces to this melter, the bowl lifts off which would make it easier to clean.

So far these little beauties are working out fine. Seemed a bit slow to melt the wax but now my bedroom is filled with one of my favorite scents...Pineapple (which is why the yellow bits, sorry :).

I think these are winners...what do you think? Wouldn't they fit in with any cozy cottage? ...and surprise surprise even my SweetiePie said he really liked these. I should have these on the WebShop by Monday.

Oh...and today I have new teacups arriving ! I hope they are as lovely as I think they're going to be....got some new colors and designs. Yes I'm doing the little happy dance...a bit slower than usual but still happy happy!

My wish for you: May you have a reason to do your own little happy dance today!

Francie! Those little melters are so sweet! I love birds. Our little songbirds are just starting to return; I could hear them twittering outside the window...in the snow! Glad you are feeling better. {{Hug}}

This little birdy is so engaging. I hope you got enough for everybody.... Pineapple scent sounds irresistable... and when there is 3 inches of snow on the ground, it sounds heavenly.
