On being Vintage....

There is a lot to be said for vintage things...they have a sense of history, you won't find the same item everywhere and there is beauty in their wear and imperfections. We have put up a few more of our vintage items and will be adding more as the week goes by.

As for being vintage myself, well sometimes I forget. Like last week when I tried to move a clawfoot tub by myself. Now five years ago I could do it. This time I got a herniated disc. All I can say at this point is "I LOVE my chiropractor !"...I REALLY do.

Got an email from WhoHub asking me to do an artists question and answer interview, if you would like to read it please click here My Questions and Answers and I thank you for taking the time.

My wish for you: Burly boys to help you move the heavy things and a great chiropractor.

Francie, I cant' believe you tried to move a tub by yourself. Shame on you. But, truth be told, Bobby G. would come home from work and be amazed at the things I managed to move all by my self...lol..not so much anymore. Have a beautiful week!! xo Lynn

Francie- moving a clawfoot bath tub!!!????? Those things weigh a ton! I do hope you start feeling better soon. You sound so much like me and my hubby is always getting on me for moving and doing things that are way beyond my abilities (at least he thinks that- I know I can do it but , like you, end up hurting myself many times)

I am doing so much better- off crutches and cane and the toe is starting to peel, which looks terrible but is a good thing! Still don't have alot of energy but my it is great to be on my 2 feet again!

You take care of yourself and ask for help with those heavy things of yours!

blessings
