...Home Again...it's good to be home

See my lovely GrandDOGters and GrandPupsters? This was the merging of two families, my precious new daughter had the prairie dogs, Squeak and Pip and my dear son had Shiloh (left) and Loki. Loki is a grand old gal and has some trouble getting around. They were both on me like white on rice...Grandmama does spoil them a bit. The other two young-un's only need checking on now and then. I do have some things to share with you but this week is so busy for me, getting orders out and getting my SweetiePie ready for his two week motorcycle trip with some of his old Navy buddies. They are going to Montana and having a reunion ... these guys all worked in a small, specialized field...a very small and unique close knit "community" and I know they are looking forward to seeing each other after all these years. So off I run to find some things I know he needs...hope to post again on Friday with some new pictures.
My wish for you: you will get a chance to meet and reminisce with old friends who mean a lot to you.

Great pictures. I bet you certainly did spoil all of them :)

Sounds like a wonderful trip for your SweetiePie.

Prairie dogs as pets? That's a new one to me. I used to see them in Texas but never as pets. The dogs look sweet. Nothing like the unconditional love of a dog.

Wow, we had chinchillas but I've never eard of prairie dogs as pets. Awesome!! What do you have planned for your two weeks?

Such handsome dogs and clearly smart too. Of course you spoil them... of course they know which side of their bread is buttered. There were prairie dogs in South Dakota where I spent my best military days. I used to stop traffic to watch prairie dogs -- but I'm like that.

Umm, yup, they are lovable little critters those prairie pups are.

The next two weeks I will spend working on "this old house" :)

I didn't know we could 'keep' prairie dogs! If you go to my blog about 3 posts ago I have one to show :)

I never seen a prarie dog before. And funny how they are called dogs cos they don't look anything like a dog.
