New Year

Hope everyone's New Year has started off well.   Ours is a bit sad.   We lost little LionHeart on Christmas Eve.
Mr. NotACatPerson found him in the street, wrapped him up and buried him in the back so I wouldn't have to see him. He knew it would break my heart.  LionHearts brave nature led him to try and cross and he didn't make it.

Sugah, Spice and Lovebug are staying in the back and close to home so far.  I don't want to lose any one of them.
Willie and Wynona snuggled up in my chair. The holidays wore them out.
Other than losing little LionHeart we had a
blessed time.
We are getting ready to head "up Nawth" for a week. Do some visiting and lots of shopping.   See you on the flip flop !

Thank you for your visit and your sweet comments, I appreciate them. (())

Hello Francie, I am finally getting back to visiting my friends again. We did have a wonderful cruise on the Rhine. Thank you for your sweet good wishes. I have to say it is good to be home.

I am so sad about your Lionheart. Losing a loved pet is hard. Our daughter had to put their coon hound down the day after Christmas. They spent Christmas day in the vets office and found out Tanner had cancer of the liver.
He was only five. We too have lost a loved pet and it is very hard. However, if they had a good home for as long as they lived it is a blessing. So many animals are abused. We need to love them as long as we can.

I hope your trip up 'Nawth' was a good time Francie.

Wishing you and yours a wonderful 2013.

xo, Jeanne

I am so sorry for the loss of your kitty, Francie. It is so hard to lose a furry friend. I pray that you will feel comforted.

You have fun on your trip up North!
Hello, and thank you for commenting on my blog.

I'm sorry to hear you have lost one of your cats. It's always a sad time when we say goodbye to one of our pets.

We have an orange kitty that we took in this year that looks like one of the ones on your chair. I love orange kitties. :-)
Awe my friend. I'm SOOOO sorry for sweet Lionheart. We lost our sweet kitty on the street also 6 yrs ago. We never let them out, but he snuck out one day and bang. We had him cremated and he's in our pet cemetery now.
I'm so sorry.
I've missed you Francie.
