Taking time to play

Took a little break yesterday morning with my friend Debbie. We did a little antiquing and a little junkin'. A few of the things I brought back....the little Knowles plate has a yellow butterfly by the pink rose, a two handled sugar bowl, an optic block creamer and a lonely, but lovely, salt shaker. I brought back two full bags for just over six dollars.
It was great to take some time and spend it with Debbie. Aside from being fun, Debbie is a talented collage artist. If you haven't visited her web site Debbie Overton Designs you are missing a treat.....

Back to work for me today, you know I have a webshop to get up.....hope you all have a fabulous day!

That sounds like a nice and nifty thrifty day. As it happens, Edwin Knowles is one of my favorite china makers. And two full bags of great stuff for under $6.00 -- I need to go shopping with you sometime. Road Trip!

Francie, I had the best time and can't wait for our next run. Not only did I come away with some special treasures, I have found a real friend only 30 minutes away. Thanks for the plug!! Debbie
