Happy Trails to You....

Well they're off ! A two week trip to Montana, points North and back again. A happy re-union of comrades, brothers-in-arms...many reminisces, tall tales of daring do, harrowing tales of "we almost..." and "remember when..." I know they will have great fun. I will miss my SweetiePie (that's him in the grey, his buddy in the black and yellow) but I know how much he will enjoy this trip and the fun he will have telling me all about it.
While he is gone I am going to take a few days to just rest up. Relax. Do not much of anything. Ahhh.....then the fun begins. I have some wallpaper to strip, then repair, mud and paint some wallboard...then the bathroom...new tile around tub and new tile on floor. I might sneak in a shopping trip or two :))
My wish for you: may you have time to rest and enjoy and then get a nice project done too.

Francie, I had no idea your SweetiePie was taking this trip 0on motorcycle.... I'm not sure I was picturing plane, train or automobile, but I know for sure there wasn't a motorcycle in the picture. I Hope he has a real good time. And that you do too. A little quiet time is good for the soul.
Francie, that's so neat that you sent your hubby off on a motorcycle trip! Hope they are having a wonderful time. Enjoy your quiet girl-time. I know I would! LOL

Well, you didn't say a word about the motorcycle! I have a great idea! Why not take a little vacation up in N Ga? Since you are already geared toward remodeling, you can help me paint the lake house and we can float around to cool off.

Then I'll go back home with you and help with your bathroom. Yeah, yeah. That's the ticket......
LOL, ohhhh Momcat do not tempt me. You know I can be there in about five hours...
