Sweet GrandDogters

Had a lovely visit with my Granddogters...and got a bit of shopping in to boot. Here are two of
my grands...Squeak (she's a prairie dog) and Shiloh (she's a multi-mix). They are looking out the back door...probably admiring the brick patio my son is building. They are both very sweet but Shiloh ... oh my...she just wants to be with me every second.
The drive up was pleasant except for the overturned cement truck blocking the two lane road I was traveling on. Fortunately the driver was not hurt.
On the drive back there was a live power line down again two lanes blocked ! So I wasn't sure if the message was don't go up or don't go home LOL.

Do you have a sweet pet (or grandpet?) that you would like to share? I would love to hear about them AND if you would like to get a sweet box of goodies for them you need to go to Janet's Creative Pillows and enter them in Janets Pet of the Month...Willie and Wynona (my purr babies) were fortunate enough to win and let me tell you that sweet Janet send a BIG box of goodies !!! While you're there check out the fabulous pillows she makes...the perfect gift for any occasion.
Okay, so I'm home and now have to get in gear...a lot of cleaning and making to do...
My wish for you: May your journeys be happy and bring you safely home.

Francie, Is that a real prairie dog for sure? The crown on my blog was my practice piece. Check out my boutique on the TwistedThreads page for some more crowns. I am having so much fun making them. They are time consuming though. Have a great day Francie xo Lynn

And I want to compliment you on those pretty tea cups you have! Love them. You have the cutest products. They make great gifts! As you know I am such an animal lover. That picture of the Squeak the little prairie dog is adorable! and Shilo is beautiful too! Love that picture. At first I thought Squeaks was a squirrel! lol It's a joy to have a monthly contest for pets. So if anyone that sees this blog and wants to enter my monthly contest please feel free to send me a pic of your favorite pet and I will be happy to enter them. Francie you are truly the sweetest!

I have, at last count, 7 grandcats and two granddogs. With a daughter who's a vet there aren't any of us in the family who don't have LOTS of sweet pets.
